We are located in the City of Richmond, on the northeast corner of Cary Street Road and Locke Lane, about one mile west of the I-195 expressway.

From the north:

  1. From I-95 south, take exit 79 to the right. The exit sign reads "South 195 and West 64, Charlottesville, Powhite Pkwy."
  2. Enter the exit ramp in the second lane from the far right and take the left fork where sign reads "195 South to Powhite Pkwy."
  3. Follow directions from the east (paragraphs 2-5).

From the east:

  1. Take I-64 west to I-195 (Powhite parkway). Stay in the left lane and take a left at the fork (following sign that says "I-195 to Powhite Pkwy").
  2. Merge to right lane and to the third exit ("147 Cary St. and Grove Ave").
  3. Exit to the right. Go straight on the exit ramp to the stoplight at Cary Street Road. Do NOT turn at the fork marked Grove Ave.
  4. Turn right at the stoplight and go past the first stoplight (Malvern Avenue). You'll pass Reveille United Methodist Church on your right. Go 6 blocks to East Lock Lane.
  5. Turn right on East Lock Lane to our parking lot. You may enter the church building from the parking lot through the porte cochere entrance.

From the west:

  1. Take I-64 east to I-195 south (Powhite Parkway). Stay in the right lane as you approach I-195 South at sign reading "195 to Powhite Pkwy."
  2. Follow directions above (paragraphs 2-5).

From the south:

  1. From I-95 north, take exit 79. The sign reads "Charlottesville/University of Richmond." Stay in the second lane from the right as you bear right. Stay in that lane (now it is the left lane) and exit only "195 South-Powhite Pkwy."
  2. Following directions from the east (paragraphs 2-5).

The simple floor plans below will help you navigate our building. Greeters and ushers are on hand each Sunday morning to help visitors find the nursery, classroom, etc.
