Fellowship Opportunites
FPC has a weekly youth fellowship from 5:30 to 7:30 each Sunday evening. During this time, youth enjoy fellowship with one another in a safe and welcoming environment. We play together, learn together, and grow together. The focal point of each Sunday evening is a time of devotion in which we grow in faith through a message that is relevant for teens. Check the youth ministry calendar for current topics and themes. Our Sunday evening fellowship concludes with a meal shared with one another.

A typical Sunday evening fellowship starts with 30 minutes of "hang time" during which youth enjoy the company of friends, catch up on the happenings of the week, engage in a game of ping-pong, pool or four square, or just sit around and talk. This is followed by 30-40 minutes of devotional time in which we explore ways to grow in our faith as teenagers. We discuss issues that youth face daily and how Christ is there to help and guide us each and every day. We then have 10-15 minutes of prayer in which we encourage one another by sharing in joys and concerns. We conclude the evening with dinner.

Additional fellowship opportunities include:

  • recreation and games at a local park
  • ice-skating
  • lock-ins
  • day trips
  • weekend retreats

Check the youth ministry calendar for upcoming fellowship opportunities.
